They essentially allow someone to use css coding on here, which in turn allows for better customization of tables, text, etc and as far as I can tell doesn't really have any disadvantages besides potentially somewhat slower loading time for those with slow computers.
EXAMPLE (the text is completely changeable and stuff
ALSOOOOOO, there's a nifty thing called google fonts, which, if you put the code for the font you want into the global header, you can add extra fonts besides the ones already available! It saves people the trouble of having to put custom fonts on an image, though they still have to do that if the font they want to use has not been installed or is unavailable.

I very much like this idea, although I do not know how to use it to my advantage caus ei suck at coding. xD
But its very neat. :3
